We take on a small number of homes each year, deliberately, each one designed around its owners, its light, and its land.

No pressure, no shortcuts. Just an honest standard of craft, held from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

Design-Led

Architecture, interiors, and budget resolved together before the first pour, not after.

02

A Standard of Finish

Flush reveals, aligned grain, shadow-gap millwork, details most builders don't attempt.

03

Single Accountability

One builder of record, one schedule, one point of contact through delivery and warranty.

04

DFW Fluency

Neighborhood-level knowledge of lots, codes, and what each street expects of a home.

02 · What You're Paying For

Quality you see. Quality you feel.

I want to be straight about what you'd actually be getting for it.

Most builders sell quality as finishes: paint, cabinetry, the stuff you see on day one. For me the quality does not stop there; what actually matters even more is invisible: a tight envelope, water management, the mechanical systems designed before we break ground. That's what makes a home healthy, efficient, quiet, and still solid in 20 years.

I came up remodeling. I've opened too many walls to see what happens when that part gets skipped. The finishes are the easy part.

04 · Design Language

Four pillars, one signature.

Light.

Designed around natural light by day, then layered cove and LED, statement fixtures, and landscape uplighting as the architecture comes alive at dusk.

Texture & Materiality.

White oak, matte black metal, natural stone, limewash plaster, large-format slab, materials chosen to be touched, not just seen.

The Invisible Craft.

"In a true custom build, you don't see the systems."

Linear slot diffusers flush to the ceiling. Concealed returns. No visible trim, no clumsy reveals. Audio, video, and climate integrated into the architecture. The engineering disappears. The architecture remains.

What owners ask most about building a custom home with Sebby Homes in Dallas–Fort Worth.

What areas does Sebby Homes build in?

Sebby Homes builds custom luxury homes across Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, including Highland Park, Preston Hollow, University Park, Southlake, Westlake, Uptown, and Knox–Henderson. As a design-led custom builder rooted in DFW, we know the lots, neighborhoods, and permitting in each of these communities.

Does Sebby Homes build on my lot?

Yes. Sebby Homes builds custom homes on your lot anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The process starts with a conversation and a walk of your site, where we read the land together before design begins.

What makes Sebby Homes different from a production or volume builder?

Sebby Homes is a design-led custom builder with single accountability (one builder, one schedule, one point of contact), not a production builder working from fixed floor plans. Architecture, interiors, and budget are resolved together before construction, and the finish is held to a standard of flush reveals, aligned grain, and shadow-gap millwork.

How long does it take to build a custom home in Dallas–Fort Worth?

A custom home from Sebby Homes typically takes about 14 to 24 months from first design to handover, depending on the size of the home, the complexity of the site, and city permitting. The five stages are Design, Preconstruction, Build, Finish-Out, and Handover.

How much does a custom home cost with Sebby Homes?

Custom home pricing with Sebby Homes depends on the lot, the size of the home, and the level of finish, and it is resolved transparently during design and preconstruction rather than quoted from a template. See our detailed breakdown of what it costs to build a custom home in Dallas–Fort Worth.

How does the Sebby Homes process work?

Sebby Homes follows a five-stage process: Design (architecture, interiors, and budget as one), Preconstruction (engineering, permits, and selections), Build (disciplined site leadership with weekly owner updates), Finish-Out (the invisible craft of millwork, systems, and light), and Handover (final walkthrough, systems training, and warranty care). Clients follow every step through the six9 Builder client portal.
